We highly recommend that you make reservations ahead of time to ensure confirmation of your preferred date.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather and that’s one of the risk of participating in a sport which is weather dependent.

1. Bookings can be cancelled if there is an advisory for a system approaching.
2. Your guide reserves the right to stop and return to base in instances where clients are being disrespectful to guide, deliberately negligent or with a sudden change in weather.

Due to the nature of our business, we have a very strict policy. We organize for every activity a few days before set date. As a result any cancellation once 48 hour period starts will result in significant loss.

All booking are confirmed after a deposit of 50% is made, which is non refundable once 48 hour period starts.

In the event of cancellation for medical reasons once 48 hour starts. Clients must show proof in order for refund to be processed.

Rescheduling once 48 hour starts will result in a 20% fee of the total deposit made.

Arriving late will result in loss of time for set activity or an added 20% fee for time extension.

Last minute changes with reduced numbers for booking will result in full payment.

Damage to equipment due to negligence will result in added fee based on assessment by base guide.

All rope access activities are recorded for proof of procedure in the event of injury. Under No circumstance will we release or sell raw video footage.

There will be no refunds for quality of videos or photos.

Photos and videos are shared within a 24 hour period.

Our video and photo package cost $30 per person.
